A House of Premium Lucknowi Chikankari Dresses
Nazakat is a house of premium chikankari, a traditional form of hand-embroidery from Lucknow, India.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many artisans who create chikankari have faced hard times, as the demand for their products has decreased and they have had to contend with supply chain disruptions and other challenges.

But, despite these difficulties, the founders of Nazakat, Neha Kapoor, started the business with a passion for preserving and promoting this beautiful art form. They saw an opportunity to create a platform that would showcase the best of Lucknow's chikankari, and provide a sustainable livelihood for the artisans who create it.
