Return & Exchange Policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. However, we'd be happy to exchange it / offer store credit in the following cases:

  • An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.

  • The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.

  • The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for size exchange only, in the same piece.

  • Please note that if any garment has been customised for colour, it will not be eligible for an exchange/return.

  • SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.

  • ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.

Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and product(s) should be unused. You can email us at nazakat.nehakapoor@gmail.com on with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 7 days of receiving the products.

Incase of a Defect in the Product

We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the defect, either we can schedule a pickup or you can  ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

We DO NOT offer monetary refunds. No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products are sent into production.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at nazakat.nehakapoor@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
